Your inspection was very thorough. This is one of the better inspection reports that I have seen in over 30 years of home ownership. The defects you identified would likely have gone unnoticed until a problem arose at somepoint much later. The cost of this inspection was well worth the peace of mind associated with buying a new home in another country with limited knowledge of the construction practices.

I have seen numerous inspection reports over the years and, quite frankly, this is one of the cleanest that I have seen. The weather is hard on homes here, and a good number of items noted in the report are cosmetic rather than structural. Agree?
